Winter scaffolding tarping
When the forecast drops below 5 °C, brick and block can't go up without heat and protection. We wrap scaffolding with reinforced poly or insulated tarps, framed for heat and sealed at the base, so masons and envelope trades keep working through the winter. We measure, install, re-secure and strip.
Building envelope: Tyvek and Blueskin
Tyvek HomeWrap is a vapour-permeable weather and air barrier; Blueskin VP100 is a self-adhered, vapour-permeable air and water barrier. We install and detail both at windows, penetrations and transitions, sequenced before cladding and masonry.

Exterior insulation
Continuous exterior insulation goes over the water-resistive barrier and under the cladding. We fasten, strap and detail it around windows so your homes can meet the energy-code path your designer has chosen.

Power washing for new and existing homes
New brick and stone need the right method, not maximum pressure. We use low-pressure rinsing and the cleaner your brick manufacturer recommends for mortar smears, and we protect windows, doors and landscaping, timed for PDI and closing. We also restore older brick and stone homes, lifting efflorescence, grime and mortar haze with the same low-pressure, test-first approach.
Power washing for new and existing homes
Brick tie installation
Since the 2024 Ontario Building Code, brick ties for masonry veneer must be pre-bent before galvanizing and fastened with 76 mm nails. We install ties to the code and your engineer's spacing ahead of the masons and photograph each elevation for your records.
How we sequence the envelope with your trades
- After framing and sheathing: Tyvek or Blueskin goes on, with windows and penetrations detailed.
- Before cladding: exterior insulation and strapping where the design calls for it.
- Ahead of the masons: brick ties installed to the 2024 OBC.
- During masonry in cold weather: scaffold tarped and heat-ready.
- Before PDI: power washing of brick, stone, concrete and driveways.

Do I have to book all five services?
No. Book one scope or several. Bundling them on the same house simply means fewer hand-offs.
Do you work for masons and general contractors as well as builders?
Yes. We work for home builders, site supers, masonry contractors and GCs.
